Yesterday I found an interesting comment in one of the postcard groups that I joined.
Barbel posted a pic of her received cards that day, not just one or two but soo soo many beautiful cards that she got that day. The 'conversation' was going on between her and some other people who commented on the pic, and there was this line that Barbel said which was such a great reminder for me, "There's no secret (in receiving many cards), all you have to do is send many many cards and (in time) you'll receive many many cards!", well more or less, that was what she said.
Yupp.. there is no secret, in this case, in getting many postcards in your mailbox, first what you need to do is sending some postcards away to reach their destinations and you just wait for the same amount of cards to come your way.
Of course cards might get lost in reaching their destinations and people might cheat you, but normally they are on their safe journeys :))
And sure if you're lucky enough, some people might send cards more than what you agree to swap or you might have won some cards lotteries or your friends remember buying you some cards when they're travelling, but that case is rare, hahahaha..
So all you need to do is buy some cards, offer them for swaps, and send them away and after that you'll receive so many cards as well ;)
This has reminded me about writing, ahahahaha.. the story won't just fall off from the sky, what you need to do is write write and write them until they reach their ends of story! If you never start writing, just dream on that you'll have some stories to offer to the publishers, ouucchh! :p
And as to an addition to 'complete' my message of the day, last night I also watched "American's Next Top Model", and one of the model who got eliminated said, "If at first you don't succeed, all you have to do is try again!", ohh boyy.. this comment and what Barbel said in her post, ain't they connect to each other? Hahahaha..
It's always fun to have learned something from your everyday life ;)
Thank you so much for the reminder ^o^
And if at first you don't succeed
Dust yourself off and try again

Wait, wait, wait, I just don't get it.
What is a postcard group? A group where its member send postcards each other? What is the mission?
Hi, Vicky, ever heart of Postcrossing? To get more idea of what it's all about, you can go to this site -> http://www.postcrossing.com
Basically it's like "exchanging" cards randomly cause you can't pick where to send your cards to and where you'll get your cards from, they are all chosen by the system :))
But as for the postcard group that I mentioned in the post, in this group it's more like a "swapping" group, you offer your cards and if anyone is interested they will let you pick a card from their swap album and the swap is settled :)
Wanna try? ;)
proses mencoba-nya lagi ituuuh yg kadang bikin puatah semangattt :)
